"JOE, YOU SHOULD HAVE TAKEN A PICTURE!!!"

The above picture is of Ellen Lee, 64 years young. Ellen came to me about 10 weeks ago. She has a torn meniscus, a chronic lower back, and recently beat cancer. She had become inactive and her weight started to increase. After a short 10 weeks she has lost 14 pounds and inches on her waist. She also had high blood pressure and 37% clogged  arteries. Thankfully, the blood pressure is going down and the arteries no longer have any plaque. She is a prime example of what happens when your consistent and dedicated with your diet and Crossfit! Keep up the great work Ellen, your an inspiration to all!!!

World Class Fitness in 100 Words

Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: deadlift, clean, squat, presses, c&j, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climbs, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, , flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or Six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports . - - Coach Greg Glassman, Crossfit Founder.
