We all can eat a pack at a time. Hell maybe two!
Now share with us your favorite bacon recipe.

The Most Creative, Appetizing, and Fun entry will win a:
CROSSFIT LOVE T-SHIRT & A WEEK SUPPLY OF BACON!

The rules are as follows:
1. You must send a detailed recipe (cooking directions and ingredients).
2. You must supply us with a picture of all the prepped ingredients.
3. You must have a ready to eat recipe picture.The more creative the better!
4. Turkey Bacon Recipes will count.
5. Deadline August 21, 2010 @ 12pm EST.

Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: deadlift, clean, squat, presses, c&j, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climbs, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, , flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or Six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense.
