If your still reading, I bet I had you at burpee. I know it.
We all have a LOVE/HATE relationship with the world's highest heart pounding body weight exercise. Well it is time for CFL to test your intensity!!!

CAN YOU DO "33" BURPEES IN 1:30??? CAN YOU??

Here are the rules:
You have a 90 secs to complete "33" real deal burpees.
They should look like this:

How to Win:
1. Anyone who captures their "33" burpees on video tape will receive a CrossFit Love "Get Some" T-Shirt or Tank Top courtesy of CFL.

Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: deadlift, clean, squat, presses, c&j, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climbs, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, , flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or Six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense.
