Hi Joe,

I’ve been crazy busy since I got back and apologize. The good news is I’ve been following your regimen and tell everyone I know how you took me from having a bad back and hoping to just be pain-free to being in the best shape of my life. I feel great. You and I need to schedule some time together soon. How does your schedule look next week (any day but Tuesday)?

Meanwhile, my Dad, Mark S., recently had back surgery and needs your help. I told him about you and suggest you give him a call either on his mobile (000-000-0000) or in the office (000-000-0000). He has a home gym and lives in Gladwyne.

Kind Regards,

David

(This is why I do this job)

Five or Six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense.
