I will start you off with an oldie. Fast Company's "Balance is Bunk". A great read for those struggling to find that happy middle ground. That is pretty much everyone I know, so read up.

Success Magazine talks about "Maximizing your Potential". It concentrates on generating wealth and gives some great insight.

Now, on to the strength and conditioning side of things. EliteFTS is always a major contributor and here are their best of the week. Dave Tate writes "PartVII: So you Think you can Bench?". Dave is always informative and comes off humorous in his straight forward approach. Kasey Esser teaches us about "Classifying your Clients".

The hustler, Zach Even-Esh bring us "7 Ways to Keep your Edge and Become a Gladiator".

Jimmy Smith of the Diesel Crew along with Nate Green teach us about "Building the Death Grip".

World Class Fitness in 100 Words

Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: deadlift, clean, squat, presses, c&j, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climbs, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, , flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or Six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports . - - Coach Greg Glassman, Crossfit Founder.
